Welcome to IHS! One of the best schools in Alberta. I am excited to start my 19th year at IHS. My teaching assignment includes the following:

Physical Education 9
Physical Education 10
Physical Education 20-30

I appreciate the opportunity to interact and teach all students at IHS. My aim in Physical Education is to enable students to develop the knowledge, skills  and attitudes to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. 

I am extensively involved in the Extracurricular Athletics Program at IHS. We have an online Athletic Calendar available for anyone to see when games or practices are scheduled. I encourage everyone in the community to come out and cheer on the Cyclone Athletic Teams. This includes Golf, X Country Running, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Curling, Badminton, Track & Field, Soccer and Rodeo.
